Our existing refund and return policy is not applicable for pre-orders/ready to deliver orders due to hygiene reasons 


Damages and issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges:

DAAL MEEM currently doesn’t offer an option of exchange. If you would like a new product in place of your return, we suggest you place a new order.
